Barbecue Pork Ribs


4 lb of boneless pork ribs.
1 cup of ketchup.
½ cup of water.
¼ cup of brown sugar.
¼ cup of vinegar.
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
1 teaspoon of dry mustard.
1 teaspoon of chili powder.
½ teaspoon of salt.
½ teaspoon of paprika.


Combine the ketchup, water, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder, salt and paprika in a saucepan over medium heat.

Cook, uncovered, until the sauce has slightly thickened, (12 -15 minutes).

Allow to cool to ambient temperature.

Cover the pork ribs with sauce and grill until cooked (45 – 50 minutes).

Warm up the remaining sauce and serve with the ribs.
