8 ounces of egg noodles, cooked and drained.
8 ounces of steak, cut into one-inch strips.
1 pack of beansprouts.
2 carrots, shredded.
1 medium onion, chopped finely.
1 garlic clove, chopped finely.
3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
2½ tablespoons of olive oil.
1¼ tablespoons of sugar.
1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
½ teaspoon of salt.
Cook your noodles as stated on the packet.
In a suitably sized wok, heat the olive oil.
Add the beef steak and stir fry for about five minutes, until almost cooked.
Add the garlic, onion, carrot, and fry for another two minutes.
Add the beansprouts, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, noodles, and mix throughly.
