Chicken and Coconut Milk Soup


1 medium chicken.
4 cups of chicken stock.
1 can coconut milk.
1 cup of whipping cream.
4 slices of galangal.
1 medium lime.
Pinch of chili powder.
Pinch of salt.

Preparation Instructions:

Heat the chicken stock and add the galangal, whipping cream, coconut milk and chili powder.

Cut up the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

When the mixture starts to boil, immediately add the chicken pieces and squeeze in the lime juice and salt.

Once the chicken is done, serve as desired.
